Connor, a real estate investor from Ohio, has teamed up with Triton Submarines to build a state-of-the-art submersible capable of diving to the depths of the Titanic wreckage. The aim is to demonstrate that the industry has learned from the mistakes of the past and that such expeditions can now be carried out safely.
